The Believer
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.[40:22]
That was because there came to them their apostles with Clear (Signs), but they rejected them: So God called them to account: for He is Full of Strength, Strict in Punishment.

* v.22 : But Allah in I-Iis Mercy always sends a Message of warning and good news through his messengers, and He gives His messengers Clear Signs and an authority that can be recognised. Among the Clear Signs are: (1) the pure and unselfish lives of the messengers; (2) the revelation of truth which they bring; (3) their influence on the course of events in their own and succeeding generations; etc. Some of these may be so remarkable that they merit the name of Miracles.
